I know I'll say this every month - but I can't believe Matthew is 5 months old! This month was fun - well, they're all fun, but you know what I mean! Easter was a blast; we spent it with both of our families and enjoyed preparing a basket for Matthew - full of the candy WE like, of course. He's rolling over from his tummy to his back like a champ. He had done it a few times, randomly, but then a few weeks back we had brought him in bed with us and put him on his tummy and he started to fuss a bit. Then, all the sudden, he flipped over and froze and just stared at us, as if saying "what happened? what did I just do?" - it was funny. Another story Josh likes to tell - we had a big bowl full of candy from Easter with bright, shiny, multicolored wrappers in different textures - fun stuff to a baby, right? Then we placed Josh's guitar capo (something that you place on the neck of the guitar to make it play in different keys) in the bowl, kind of buried. We then let Matthew grab for stuff in the bowl, and what was the first thing he reached for and grasped succesfully? The capo!! A guitar player in the making :-) Alright, so here's a few photos from the past month - enjoy!
